Founder and CEO

Matt founded Evolution Seminars in 2006 with the idea that people could make a difference in people's lives, do what they are passionate about, and earn a great living all the while. It took some time, but with dedication, he finally hit his break and the company soared. Since the beginnings, he has spoken all over the world, taught thousands of students, filmed in a movie, written a best-selling book, and created many products to make lasting change.

Still acting CEO of Evolution Seminars, Matt is very active in the daily operation of the company. With the help of the amazing team, the mission gets done a little at a time. He can be reached by email very easily at: Matt@evolutionseminars.com.

Office Manager

Not only does she run the smooth flow of our office in between seminars, but Janet has also taken our trainings herself. She is the glue that keeps our students happy, the office humming, and Matt at peace. She knows NLP very well, so you can always get someone on the phone in the office who is highly trained and knowledgable. Live Events Manager

You can find Ksusha at all of our live seminars working seamlessly with the trainers, the volunteer crew, and the students to create a magical and valuable experience for everybody. As a successful business women herself, Ksusha loves the opportunity to give back and be around all the transformation that our events deliver.

CFO and Accounting

Jim is the best in the business when it comes to numbers crunching, accounts, banking, and future projections. He is responsible for making sure that Evolution Seminars remains a viable and successful business for many years to come. We are very grateful to have his wonderful personality and his streamlined approach to finances on our team.

J.V. and Affiliate Manager

In addition to being our head US trainer, Mel spends his time between trainings, helping our affiliates to be more productive, and creating new relationships with prospective joint venture partners. He is working on many relationships with very prominent speakers and companies to cross promote our services.

Creative Development Team

Trey is responsible for the beautiful manuals we use at live events, our product packaging design, flyers, pamphlets, all our forms, as well as most of our signs and pull up banners. In addition, he has also engineered and edited all of our audio programs as well. He is a creative genius, yet can easily get lost in the details to absolutely perfect any project! Have you seen any Evolution video work? Well Mike is the man when it comes to video filming, editing, and final production. He is behind our Master The Matrix DVD, Prosperity Pack videos, and most all trailers and testimonial videos you will see.

As the newest team member in creative, Ryan has been working on new graphics projects like the banners on our website homepage, as well as some new signs and book covers. His fresh perspective is welcomed and he is proving himself as a wonderful graphic artist.
